Introduction

Welcome to bit663 (referred to in these Terms as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). bit663 is an English-language online betting and casino information platform operated for the benefit of users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and bit663 governing your access to and use of the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be a natural person of at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by your operator or the applicable licence jurisdiction.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion order, cooling-off period or any other responsible-gambling restriction imposed by bit663, the Operator, or any recognised responsible-gambling programme.
• You must not be acting as an agent, representative or employee of bit663 or its affiliated entities when registering a personal Account.
• You must not have had a previous Account with the Platform that was closed, suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms or any other policy.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. bit663 reserves the right to require documentary verification of any information provided, including government-issued identification such as a Pakistani CNIC.

Account Registration

Each eligible User may register one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all Accounts held by that individual, along with forfeiture of any associated balances.

5.1 Registration Information

During registration you will be required to provide, at minimum: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a preferred payment method. All information must be accurate and must match the details associated with any identification documents you submit during KYC verification.

5.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. bit663 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and notify us at [email protected].

5.3 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and in accordance with applicable regulatory obligations, bit663 requires Users to complete a KYC verification process. This typically involves submitting a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of address, and confirmation of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have their withdrawal requests suspended pending successful completion.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. bit663 references familiar Pakistan payment channels — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual guidance only. Actual availability of any payment method must be confirmed in the Operator's live cashier at the time of transaction. The mention of any payment provider on this Platform does not constitute an endorsement of gambling by that provider.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method, Account tier and applicable promotional terms. bit663 reserves the right to impose additional transaction monitoring or request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that are unusually large or otherwise flagged by our risk management systems.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; (c) internal fraud and anti-money-laundering checks; and (d) minimum withdrawal thresholds. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Processing times vary by payment method and may range from a few hours to several business days. bit663 does not accept liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions or technical outages outside our reasonable control.

6.3 Currency

Where Pakistani Rupee (PKR / Rs) amounts are displayed on the Platform, these are illustrative figures only. Your actual Account currency and applicable exchange rates will be confirmed during the registration and deposit process within the Operator's cashier.

Bonuses & Promotions

bit663 may from time to time display information about welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback promotions, free bets, VIP programme benefits and refer-a-friend rewards. All such promotional content is subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any bonus-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible Users who satisfy the conditions specified for each individual promotion. Eligibility conditions may include Account status, deposit amount, wagering history and geographic location.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Where a multiplier is described on this Platform, it is illustrative only — always verify the current figure with the Operator before claiming.
• Illustrative Figures: All PKR amounts referenced in promotional content on bit663 (for example, "PKR 25,000 welcome bonus") are illustrative examples only. Actual bonus values, minimum deposit thresholds and maximum payout caps are determined by the Operator and must be confirmed in the live cashier.
• Single Claim: Unless otherwise stated, bonuses may be claimed once per User, per household, per IP address and per device. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the bonus.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your Account balance without compensation.
• Combination: Bonuses may not be combined with other active promotions unless the specific terms of both promotions expressly permit combination.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate:

• Multi-accounting: Registering, operating or accessing more than one Account on the Platform, whether personally or through a proxy.
• Fraudulent Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification or any other interaction with bit663.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose connected with the laundering of illegally obtained funds or the financing of criminal activity. bit663 is committed to complying with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users to unfairly manipulate the outcome of any game, event or market available on the Platform.
• Cheating and Technical Exploitation: Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other automated means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, or to exploit vulnerabilities in the Platform's software.
• Underage Use: Accessing or using the Platform while under the minimum eligible age, or facilitating such access by a minor.
• Unauthorised Commercial Activity: Using the Platform for unauthorised commercial purposes, including without limitation operating an unlicensed gambling business using the Platform's infrastructure.
• Harassment: Harassing, threatening or abusing other Users, or bit663 support staff, through any communication channel associated with the Platform.

Intellectual Property

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the compilation of all such Content — is the property of bit663 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform or its Content for commercial purposes without express written authorisation from bit663.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Platform's software or systems.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices displayed on the Platform.
• Use the bit663 brand, logo or name in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's Content terminates the limited licence described above and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bit663, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

bit663's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or PKR 10,000 (illustrative cap — subject to the governing jurisdiction's applicable limits), whichever is lower.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bit663 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability or availability of the Platform or any Content therein, including information about odds, promotional offers or payment methods.

bit663 is not responsible for: (a) interruptions to service caused by events outside its reasonable control, including power outages, internet disruptions, third-party payment processor failures or regulatory interventions; (b) the conduct or decisions of third-party operators accessible through the Platform; or (c) any losses arising from your reliance on illustrative figures, estimated payouts or promotional examples displayed on the Platform without first verifying them in the Operator's live cashier.

Termination

11.1 Termination by bit663

bit663 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your Account and your access to the Platform at any time and without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) we reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity associated with your Account; (c) regulatory, legal or compliance requirements necessitate such action; or (d) we make a business decision to discontinue the Platform or a material portion of its services.

In the event of termination for cause, bit663 reserves the right to forfeit any Account balance associated with bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Real-money deposits that are not directly linked to prohibited conduct will be returned subject to applicable verification and processing requirements.

11.2 Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed subject to: (a) completion of any pending wagering requirements; (b) resolution of any outstanding disputes; and (c) processing of any pending withdrawal requests. Closure of your Account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of closure.

11.3 Survival

Sections 9 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Limitation of Liability) and 13 (Governing Law) shall survive termination of your Account or these Terms for any reason.

Amendments to These Terms

bit663 may revise these Terms at any time by posting the amended version on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Amendments may be made for any reason, including changes to applicable law, regulatory requirements, product features, payment methods or operational procedures.

For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, bit663 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users by email or through an in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any updates.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 11.2. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its applicable gambling licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral bodies specified by the Operator's licensing terms.

Nothing in this Section limits bit663's rights to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect bit663's intellectual property, confidential information or legitimate business interests.
